I AM AN ENERGY CARD HOLDER AND CHANGED SURNAME, HOW DO I MAKE CHANGES TO CARD DATA?
For further using the Energy Card it is necessary to provide promptly information regarding the changes in surname or name to any SOCAR service centre. In order to make changes to your Energy Card database you should present the following documents:
- New ID Card
- Energy Card
- Informational Card (copy), issued by Civil Registry Agency
- In case of foreign citizen, in addition, a document confirming change of name/surname is required.
I HAVE LOST AN ENERGY CARD. HOW TO RESTORE THE CARD AND ACCUMULATED POINTS?
To restore the lost Energy Card it is necessary to provide an identification document (ID/Residence card, Passport, Driving License) at any SOCAR service center. The lost card will be abolished and you’ll receive a new Energy Card. The scores accumulated on the lost card will be displayed on a new card in 2 working days. The cost for issuing a new card and restoring the data is 2(two) GEL.
Can one person own two or more Energy Cards at the same time?
Only one Energy Card is allowed/issued for one person.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO INDICATE TWO DIFFERENT ELECTRICITY SUBSCRIBERS ON ONE ENERGY CARD?
It is possible to indicate only one electricity subscriber and one natural gas subscriber on one Energy Card.

You should come at any SOCAR service center to make these changes and present the following documents:
- The identification document (ID/Residence card, Passport, Driving License)
- New gas and electricity bills, for the operator to make changes to your card:
- Energy Card.
I am 15 years old and have ID Card, can I take Energy card?
Energy Card is issued only for adult, who is over 18.
